Célia brings expertise in energy transition finance, climate risk, and industrial decarbonization across capital markets and the private sector.
At BlackRock's Financial Markets Advisory in London, she advised financial institutions on capital markets transactions and climate risk frameworks. She subsequently supported the growth of CO2 AI, a BCG-backed company helping industrial players accelerate their transition.
She holds degrees in Finance and Economics from Sciences Po Paris and Bocconi University in Milan.

Chloé has spent over fifteen years in technology financing and advisory, building expertise across investment banking, venture capital, and growth equity. As a member of the investment committee at Idinvest Partners / Eurazeo for a decade, she contributed to the deployment of three successive pan-European funds.
Her board work and investment track record spans a range of high-profile outcomes, including Onfido (acquired by Entrust), +Simple (LBO with KKR), Hiflow (acquired by Crédit Agricole), and Tanker (acquired by Doctolib).

Paul joins SlateVC following four years at McKinsey & Company across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
An engineer by training, Paul combines technical rigor with expertise in industrial value chains, from energy and metals to decarbonization.
He holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris and an MSc in Engineering from Mines ParisTech.

Renaud brings to the SlateVC team a comprehensive operator-investor skill set built over 20 years in Silicon Valley.
He was instrumental in scaling Eventbrite, the global ticketing platform serving 90M customers monthly, from inception to a $1.8B NYSE IPO.
His investor perspective is shaped by his technical background as an engineering leader, his work as a venture partner at Index Ventures and Point Nine Capital, a portfolio of over 80 investments, and several independent board positions.

Sébastien Léger
Sébastien has more than two decades of experience advising industrial leaders, private quity and infrastructure investors worldwide on energy and sustainability. He built his expertise as a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led global initiatives on cleantech, energy, water and the firm's influential Global Energy Perspective.
His expertise spans climate regulations, industrial M&A, capital efficiency, and sustainability transformation, supported by an extensive network across European industries. He is a certified executive coach from Columbia University.
