Customer Complaints
Clients may submit complaints to contact@slate.vc. An acknowledgment of receipt will be issued within ten (10) business days, with a comprehensive response provided no later than two (2) months from receipt. If a client is not satisfied with the response, they may refer the matter free of charge to the AMF Ombudsman (https://www.amf-france.org/en/le-mediateur, Autorité des Marchés Financiers – Mediation Service – 17, Place de la Bourse, 75002 Paris).
